With limited exception, all orders paid by 11:00 am CST are shipped the same day from our warehouse in Wichita Falls, TX. 

Orders paid after 11:00 am CST ship the following day.  

(Excluding holidays/weekends).

Backorders

Some of our products may become very popular even faster than we anticipate.  If this occurs, the item will be put on backorder.  If an item is backordered and our distributor has it in stock, we can generally ship it in approximately 8 days.   We will notify you of your expected ship date.   

Preorders

Pre-order items are items we have ordered from the manufacturer and are waiting on their arrival.  If an item is a pre-order, it will ship within 2 days of arrival in our warehouse. You will want to go ahead and place your order so you will be first on the list!  Most pre-orders are shipped within 2-3 weeks.

We want you to love your purchase but we understand that doesn't always happen.  Please take a minute to review our return policy prior to making a purchase. 

Return And Exchange Policy

1. Cosmetics and related products are not eligible for return for health reasons.  All other returns must be reported within 5 business days of receiving merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  
2. All other returns must be authorized by us and have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number assigned to it.  Any return received without authorization will be returned to sender at sender's expense.
3. All return merchandise must be in new, unused, unlaundered condition and be in original packaging with original tags attached. If part of a collection or set, ALL items in the set must be returned in the above stated condition. 

4. All sales are final on "final sale" or "closeout" merchandise. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on these items. 

How To Report A Return

To initiate a return please email us at returns@theyellowgoosestore.com
One of our representatives will contact you shortly thereafter to discuss the reason for the return and assign a RMA.  The return will not be accepted without a valid RMA..  After the RMA is issued, the return merchandise must be received by our warehouse within 10 business days. If merchandise is received after this time period,  it will be returned to you at your expense.
